Returns & Exchanges

At this time, FahBelle does not accept returns or exchanges for any items once an order has been placed and processed.

Please review product descriptions, colors, and details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about a product, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing.

Because product colors may vary slightly depending on device settings, lighting, and screen displays, minor differences between the product image and the product received do not qualify for a return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

To report a damaged or defective item, email us at fahbelle.co@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Please ensure that your shipping address, product selection, and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. FahBelle is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, FahBelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
