Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Please ensure that all shipping and contact information is accurate before submitting your order.

At this time, FahBelle only ships within the United States and Certain international locations (Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia)


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight of your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Carriers

FahBelle ships orders through trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS, Fedex,DHL, or other reliable shipping partners. The carrier used will depend on your location and the shipping option selected during checkout.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), title and risk of loss passes to you.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including weather conditions or carrier delays.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, FahBelle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. FahBelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages .

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Fahbelle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at fahbelle.co@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
